How is it made?
The production of these crystals is very laborious.
First, huts made from rice straw are placed over the springs.
Various sizes of rocks containing silicillic acid are placed along the spring to channel the vapour.
The rocks are then covered with blue clay.
The huts act as an air conditioning system which allows the crystals to grow sufficiently.
