You can use this half sheet on all beds and usually it’s put at the bottom half of the bed, which means you rest your feet and legs on the sheet.

Earthing Half Sheet – Overview
Just fit the sheet to the bed, attach the earthing cable and plug it into a wall socket. Its really that simple to set up.
The socket is usually switched off all the time and there is no need to unplug from the wall when you are not using the bedsheet. You are just using the earth connection which is unaffected by the switch on your socket.
You can use this half sheet on all beds and usually, it’s put at the bottom half of the bed on top of the existing sheet. (Some companies suggest you can put the earthing sheet under the fully fitted sheet)
Even though it’s just touching your legs, it still means that you are fully earthed and ready get some quality rest. All our UK Manufactured sheets have conductive silver threads woven into the fabric, which form a connected earthing grid or matrix. When connected with the lead provided to a regular wall socket, the sheet is instantly connected to the outside earth.

For laundering the product, we find its best to wash it at 40C weekly, with a non bio eco detergent / no conditioner and to protect the sheet wash it separately. Tumble dry on a medium heat.
