Take 1 mL with a glass of water between meals 3 times/day for 2 weeks at a time.
Drink several 8 oz glasses of purified water/day. This helps you stay hydrated and helps flush the system and encourages circulation.
Diet Recommendations: Cranberries, cherries, cinnamon, olive oil. Eat plenty of high fibre foods, especially whole vegetables and whole fruits.
